Privacy Policy in full

The short version

Hackerrecon runs no trackers, sets no analytics cookies, and has no backend that records your research. Every one of the 20 toolkit tools executes entirely inside your browser.

1. The Toolkit — no data leaves your device

• All 20 tools run 100% client-side. Inputs are processed by your own browser's JavaScript and never transmitted.
• There is no analytics, no telemetry, no session recording, and no "phone home" code in the toolkit.
• The toolkit uses no persistent cookies. Nothing is stored about what you search, encode, decode or inspect.
• CDN resources (icons, fonts, code libraries) are fetched from third-party content delivery networks as your browser loads the page. Those CDNs have their own standard privacy policies.

2. Payments — processed by your UPI app

• Payment is completed inside your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). Hackerrecon never sees your card numbers, passwords, or bank details.
• For the toolkit, access is provided after payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation screenshots sent for verification are kept only to resolve disputes and are not used for any other purpose.

3. Services — what we collect and why

• When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or forms, we keep the minimum needed to work with you: your name, contact number, project details and correspondence history.
• WhatsApp chats are end-to-end encrypted between you and the professional.
• Client project files are shared only through encrypted channels and are never sold, published or reused.
• Details you share are stored for as long as needed to deliver the service and satisfy legal / tax obligations, then deleted on request.

4. What we never do

• Never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• Never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Never upload your research inputs to any server.
• Never contact you with marketing unless you ask us to.

5. Data you control

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hackerrecon@protonmail.com and it will be handled promptly.

6. Third-party links

Our pages link to external services (WhatsApp, UPI apps, and references). Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave hackerrecon.com.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date below.
