1. About Hackerrecon
Hackerrecon provides digital security tools, educational resources and IT-related services.
Our services may include:
- Security testing assistance
- Website security and recovery assistance
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- New computer/system setup and assembly
- Website development
- Security-related consulting
- Other IT services agreed with the customer
The exact service, price and scope will normally be communicated before work begins.
2. Legal and Authorized Use
Hackerrecon products and services are intended for educational, research, defensive security and authorized security testing purposes.
You must use our tools only on systems, websites, applications or networks that you own or are authorized to test.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Hackerrecon products and services complies with applicable laws and that you have the necessary permission before testing any system.
Hackerrecon does not authorize you to access, attack or test third-party systems without permission.
3. Digital Product Purchase
The Hackerrecon Toolkit is a digital product. The current price is displayed on the website before purchase.
A successful payment provides the customer with the license and access described on the applicable product page.
Before purchasing, customers should review the product description, features, requirements, pricing, license terms and refund policy.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this information.
4. Toolkit License
- Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- The license is intended for your own use.
- You may not resell the toolkit.
- You may not redistribute or publicly share the toolkit.
- You may not sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the source code or related assets.
- You may not copy, rebrand or reproduce Hackerrecon materials without written permission.
5. Payment Policy
All prices are displayed before payment. We aim to keep our pricing clear and transparent.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product or service details and total price before completing payment.
Once payment is successfully completed, the order is considered confirmed.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Hackerrecon digital products are delivered electronically and may provide access immediately after successful payment.
Completed digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Hackerrecon agrees otherwise in writing.
We generally do not provide refunds because:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer need the product.
- You did not use the product.
- You purchased the product without reviewing its description.
- You expected features that were not listed on the product page.
- You purchased the product for a purpose different from its stated use.
- You decided not to use the product after receiving access.
Access Problems
If you have paid but cannot access the purchased product because of a genuine delivery or access problem, please contact us within 48 hours.
Please provide:
- Payment or order information
- Email used for the purchase
- A description of the problem
- Relevant screenshots, if applicable
We will first attempt to resolve the access problem.
If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, any available remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.
7. IT and Security Services
For services such as computer repair, website development, system setup, website recovery or security assistance, the scope and price will normally be agreed before work begins.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and the access required to perform the agreed work.
Service Payments
Once agreed service work has started, payments are generally non-refundable for work already performed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
If the customer requests work outside the original scope, the additional work and price will be discussed before proceeding.
8. Service Delays
Estimated delivery times may depend on:
- Complexity of the work
- Customer response time
- Availability of required information
- Third-party services
- Hosting providers
- Domain providers
- Payment providers
- Internet or service outages
- Hardware availability
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
9. Website Recovery and Security Services
Security incidents, hacked websites and compromised systems can involve unknown or previously existing problems.
Hackerrecon will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address the agreed issue.
However, we cannot guarantee:
- That a system will never be compromised again.
- That every malicious file or vulnerability will be identified.
- That every security issue can be completely removed.
- That third-party services will remain secure.
- That future attacks will not occur.
Customers should maintain appropriate backups, updates, passwords, security controls and monitoring.
10. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Providing lawful authorization for requested work.
- Maintaining backups where appropriate.
- Providing necessary credentials or access.
- Informing us of relevant system limitations.
- Using the toolkit lawfully.
- Protecting their own accounts and credentials.
You must not provide credentials or access to systems that you are not authorized to provide.
11. No Guarantee of Security Results
Cybersecurity involves risks that cannot always be completely eliminated.
Our security services are provided on a best-effort basis.
A security assessment, repair, recovery or consultation does not guarantee that a system will remain completely secure against future attacks.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hackerrecon products or services for:
- Unauthorized system access
- Credential theft
- Data theft
- Malware distribution
- Ransomware
- Fraud
- Phishing attacks
- Harassment
- Denial-of-service attacks
- Unauthorized surveillance
- Destruction or disruption of systems
- Any criminal activity
- Any activity that violates applicable law
If we reasonably believe that a request involves illegal or unauthorized activity, we may refuse or stop the service.
13. Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, cloud providers, payment providers, software providers and internet service providers.
Hackerrecon is not responsible for outages, policy changes, failures or actions of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.
14. Data and Backups
Customers should maintain appropriate backups before requesting repair, recovery, security testing or system changes.
Although reasonable care will be taken during service delivery, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted due to hardware failure, software problems, existing system conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For important systems, customers should maintain independent backups before work begins.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hackerrecon will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
This may include losses relating to:
- Business interruption
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of data
- Third-party service failures
- Misuse of security tools
- Unauthorized activity performed by the customer
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The Hackerrecon name, branding, website content, toolkit code, designs, documentation, graphics and original materials belong to Hackerrecon unless otherwise stated.
You may use purchased products only according to the license provided.
You may not copy, resell, rebrand, redistribute or commercially exploit Hackerrecon materials without written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Account and Access Security
If access to a product or service is provided through an account, the customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
Do not share account credentials with other people.
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is being abused, shared, resold or used for unauthorized activity.
18. Right to Refuse Service
Hackerrecon may refuse or discontinue a request where:
- The requested activity appears illegal.
- The customer cannot demonstrate appropriate authorization.
- The request involves unauthorized access.
- The customer requests malicious activity.
- The customer attempts to misuse the product.
- The request falls outside the agreed service scope.
Where appropriate, we will communicate the reason for refusing the service.
19. Changes to Products and Services
We may improve, modify, update or discontinue features of our products or services from time to time.
We may release updates or improvements at our discretion.
Changes to a product do not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law.
20. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve customer concerns directly and without unnecessary conflict.

Step 2 — Direct Resolution
We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it through direct communication.
Step 3 — Mediation or Arbitration
If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may mutually consider mediation or arbitration where appropriate and legally permitted.
Step 4 — Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising a legal right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Both parties are encouraged to attempt a reasonable resolution before starting formal proceedings.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Where legally permitted, disputes will first be addressed through the resolution process described above.
Any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law remain unaffected.
22. No Waiver
If Hackerrecon does not immediately enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we have permanently waived that provision.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product description, service scope, pricing information and any written agreement between Hackerrecon and the customer, form the agreement governing the relevant purchase or service.
If there is a specific written agreement for a service, that agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.
25. Customer Acceptance
Before completing a purchase, customers should have the opportunity to review these Terms.
For digital-product purchases, the checkout process should include an acceptance statement such as:
